Delivery Policy
At Success Starts Within LLC, we sell mental performance coaching products and services. We deliver our services to clients via electronic and telephonic means pursuant to our client’s requests. Workbooks are included with courses and 1-1 coaching, and are delivered via USPS typically within a week of purchase.
Refunds
For the Mentally Tough Kid program there’s a refund policy of 14 days.
For Mental Training Advantage there’s a refund policy of 7 days.
For 1-1 coaching, it is a 12-week program and there is no refund for services provided.
Return Policy
At Success Starts Within LLC, we sell mental performance coaching services and products. No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for 1-1 coaching is 24 hours. The client must give 24 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise the session will count towards the 12-weeks.
